Strategic Contract Manager definition

Strategic Contract Manager means the individual who will act on behalf of Framework Public Bodies, and serve as the sole point of contact, for all Framework contractual matters. The Strategic Contract Manager will take receipt of consolidated management information, and will facilitate Framework Agreement review meetings with the Contractor’s Contract Manager. They will monitor and ensure the satisfactory resolution of any strategic Framework contractual disputes or complaints and will work on an ongoing basis with Contractors and the Framework Public Bodies Contract Manager to confirm that consistent levels of service are delivered.
Strategic Contract Manager means the contract manager of the Authority.

  • Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.

  • Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
