Structures and works definition
Structures and works means, to the extent not specifically stated in the definition of public improvement, all construction activity, including, but not limited to, improvements of all types, such as bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, streetscapes, subways, tunnels, mains, power lines, pumping stations, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals.
Examples of Structures and works in a sentence
Structures and works whose use has been approved under paragraph 1 of this article shall be used by the Investor of the Party in whose territory they are situated.
Structures and works executed by one Party in the territory of the other Party shall be taken over by the Investor in whose national territory they were executed, and a record shall be drawn up to that effect.
