Sub-Plan definition

Sub-Plan means any sub plan subject to the terms of the Plan.
Sub-Plan means any sub-plan or sub-plans adopted by the Committee under Section 14(q) of the Plan.

Sub-Plan means one or more sub-plans of reorganization described in Article 2 with respect to any individual Debtor.
