Subcontract Scope of Work definition

Subcontract Scope of Work means Subcontractor’s Scope of Work identified in each Work Order approved by VEIC pursuant to this Subcontract.

Examples of Subcontract Scope of Work in a sentence

  • Upon request of VEIC, Subcontractor, at its own cost and expense and without billing any such costs to VEIC, will assist VEIC in developing an individualized Subcontract Scope of Work for each Work Order.

  • Notwithstanding the Subcontract Scope of Work, any NTE and/or the MLA, nothing herein will obligate VEIC to issue any Work Orders to Subcontractor, nor does VEIC commit to providing Subcontractor with any particular level of work under this Subcontract.

  • Subcontractor shall control and direct the details of the Services rendered and installation of any Products as part of the Programs when the foregoing is part of the Subcontract Scope of Work.

  • The “Performance Period” for this Subcontract will commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until completion of the Subcontract Scope of Work, including the Subcontract Operating Period (defined below), unless amended or terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Subcontract.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, VEIC reserves the exclusive right, in its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently reduce the level or scope of all or any elements of the Subcontract Scope of Work or a Work Order at any time; provided that VEIC will provide, five (5) days’ advance written notice to Subcontractor of any such reduction (unless such notice would be impracticable under the circumstances).

  • CRL Energy Limited (2014) acknowledges that if contaminants of concern are present in leachate that could cause substantial environmental impact, then alternative waste rock handling processes might be implemented to improve water quality.

  • For purposes of this Subcontract, if the Subcontract Scope of Work and/or Work Order requires entry on to property of third persons, the Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that the Authorized VEIC Representative, the CO, and their designees shall have the same rights to access the premises of any location where Services are performed in order to complete inspections.

  • The Subcontractor is to supply all the services specified in the Subcontract Scope of Work (as defined in clause 1.1), on a "back-to-back" basis with IMC, and in accordance with the provisions set out in this agreement.

  • In the event that VEIC determines the level or scope of all or any elements of the Subcontract Scope of Work or a Work Order shall be decreased, it will provide notice of such decrease to Subcontractor in accordance with the provisions of Section 25 and 36.a., and such decrease in the MLA or Work Order shall be binding upon delivery.

  • Changes to the Subcontract Scope of Work may be made only by written amendment to the applicable Work Order(s) in accordance with the provisions of Section 35.

Related to Subcontract Scope of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Development Work means all work and services necessary or desirable in connection

  • Type of Work means (insert the type of work you expect to supply the Agency Worker into);

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
