Subcontractor Group definition

Subcontractor Group means the Subcontractor, its subcontractors, its and their Affiliates and its and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (including agency personnel).
Subcontractor Group is the following group of parties, however excluding any member of Contractor Group: a) Subcontractor and its Affiliates; b) the partners, clients, and co-venturers of the parties under a), including the Affiliates of each of them; c) the (sub)contractors, surveyors, inspectors or consultants of any tier of the parties under a) and b); d) the co-lessees, partners, co-venturers, joint venturers, agents and representatives of the parties under a), b) and c), including the Affiliates of each of them; e) the officers, directors, employees and invitees of the parties under a), b), c) and d); and f) the insurers of each of the parties under a), b), c), d) and e) and the insurers' surveyors, inspectors or consultants;
Subcontractor Group means the Subcontractor, its Sub-Subcontractors, and its and their Affiliates, its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel). A reference to the Subcontractor Group includes a reference to each of its members severally.

Examples of Subcontractor Group in a sentence

  • Subcontractor Group shall maintain such records for at least sixty (60) months after termination or expiry of the Subcontract.

  • Subcontractor Group agrees to keep all information related to this Subcontract confidential, and to use it only for the Work.

  • Subcontractor will require each member of Subcontractor Group to comply.

  • L Projects places prime importance on health, safety, security and environmental issues and requires that the Subcontractor Group subscribes to and actively pursues the highest standards of HSSE performance.

  • Should Company liaise either directly or indirectly with Subcontractor Group, Subcontractor shall immediately advise Contractor in writing of such communication.

  • The Subcontractor shall save, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Contractor Group against all levies, charges, contributions and taxes of the type referred to in this Clause 17 and any interest or penalty thereon which may be assessed, by any appropriate government authority whether of the United Kingdom or elsewhere, on the Subcontractor Group in connection with any breach of such applicable laws and from all costs reasonably incurred in connection therewith.

  • Contractor Group means the Contractor, its subcontractors of any tier, its and their respective Affiliates, successors and permitted assignees, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees (including agency personnel);

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.
