Subject Parcel definition
Subject Parcel means a tract or item of real or personal property that becomes subject to the jurisdiction of a court pursuant to this chapter.
Subject Parcel means one or more Parcels, or parts of Parcels, that are the subject of an application for a Bylaw Amendment, Permit, approval, or other decision of the Regional District.

More Definitions of Subject Parcel
Subject Parcel means the parcel which is within either the Northern Boundary Development Area or Southern Boundary Development Area as described in the Agreement which parcel is the subject of incentives offered by either City or on which development of the Agreement occurs.
