Sublimits definition

Sublimits shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.1.4.
Sublimits means the L/C Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit, the Multicurrency Sublimit and the UK Borrowers Sublimit.
Sublimits means any limit or limits of insurers' liability in the Primary Policy imposed in respect of a particular category of loss or liability (as applicable) and which specifies that the maximum liability of the insurer shall be less than the otherwise generally applicable limit of liability of the Primary Policy.

Sublimits shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.6.1.

Under no circumstances will the Reinsurer be obligated to pay more than this amount in respect of Part A Covered Losses. Part B Sublimit The maximum amount of Part B Covered Losses indemnified under this Agreement shall be limited to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000) for any individual insured.
