Subordinated Investment Management Fee definition

Subordinated Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of the immediately preceding Due Period, pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement equal to 0.50 per cent. per annum (calculated semi-annually on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as at the first day of the Due Period immediately preceding such Payment Date, as determined by the Collateral Administrator.
Subordinated Investment Management Fee means the fee payable to the Investment Manager in arrear on each Payment Date in respect of the immediately preceding Due Period, pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement in an amount, as determined by the Collateral Administrator, equal to 0.45% per annum (calculated semi-annually on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in such Due Period) of the Average Aggregate Collateral Balance in such Due Period immediately preceding such Payment Date and if deferred in accordance with the Priorities of Payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of EURIBOR plus 3% per annum and shall be payable pro-rata to the Investment Manager and any former investment managers by reference to the period of time that such entity was the “Investment Manager”.
Subordinated Investment Management Fee means the fee of such name payable to the Investment Manager on each Payment Date pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement, equal to 0.50 per cent. per annum of the Average Aggregate Collateral Balance, calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in the Due Period divided by 360 (plus any value added tax payable thereon).
