Subproject 3 definition

Subproject 3 is comprised of LNG Train 3 of the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility and all OSBL Facilities required for LNG Train 3 to receive Natural Gas, produce LNG, transfer LNG to the Tanks and then load LNG Tankers from the Tanks.
Subproject 3 has the meaning set forth in the Stage 2 EPC Agreement.
Subproject 3 means Part C of Project, as described in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to this Loan Agreement;

Examples of Subproject 3 in a sentence

  • If Substantial Completion of Subproject 3 occurs before the date falling *** (***) Days after issuance of NTP (“Schedule Bonus Date for SP3”), Owner shall pay Contractor a bonus in the amount of *** (U.S.$***) per MMBtu of the LNG that is both (i) produced by Subproject 3 between the period of first production of LNG from Subproject 3 and the Schedule Bonus Date for SP3 and (ii) sold by Owner to one of its customers prior to the Schedule Bonus Date for SP3 (“Schedule Bonus for SP3”).

  • In addition to the foregoing, Contractor shall attempt for a period of ten (10) months after the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date (“Minimum Acceptance Criteria Correction Period”) to correct the Work to enable Subproject 3 to achieve the Minimum Acceptance Criteria and otherwise achieve Substantial Completion.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3, Contractor shall provide instrument air for testing and operation and compressed air suitable for construction, testing and drying and any other purposes required in connection with performance of the Work.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3, Contractor shall provide all necessary fuels, lubricants, catalysts, and service fluids required for all Equipment, except that Owner will supply Commissioning Feed Gas in accordance with Section 4.8 of the Agreement.

  • Contractor shall be responsible for provision of construction power facilities and payment for electrical consumption during construction until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3.

  • Not later than three hundred sixty-five (365) Days prior to the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 3, Contractor shall deliver to Owner a detailed list of all manufacturer and Contractor-recommended spare parts and special tools necessary for operating and maintaining all Equipment (including components and systems of such Equipment) for two (2) years following Substantial Completion of each Subproject (“Operating Spare Parts”).

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3, Contractor shall provide all nitrogen as required for construction, testing, drying, purging and commissioning, including the Tanks.

  • Owner shall provide Contractor with access to the Work after Substantial Completion sufficient to enable Contractor to complete all Punchlist items, so long as such access does not unreasonably interfere with operation of Subproject 3 after Substantial Completion or Subproject 1 or Subproject 2 after substantial completion of Subproject 1 or Subproject 2 (as applicable) under the Stage 1 EPC Agreement and subject to any reasonable security or safety requirements of Owner.

  • Crushed rock for the temporary facilities areas will be abandoned in place upon Substantial Completion of Subproject 3.

  • For the period of time that Contractor is taking corrective action to achieve the Performance Guarantee(s) pursuant to this Section 11.4A(ii), Owner shall provide safe, reasonable access to Contractor for performance of such corrective actions, but at all times performing such Work so as not to interfere with the operation of Subproject 3.

Related to Subproject 3

  • Subproject means a Subproject under the Project that meets the Subproject eligibility criteria set forth in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Project Milestones means the Project milestones set out in Schedule 3;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Construction Completion Date means date of the completion of the Construction Period, which shall be at the expiry of a period of 24 (Twenty Four) months from the Compliance Date or such other date (with the consent of the Authority) by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Concession Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • EPC Agreement means the agreement between UAMPS and the EPC Contractor with respect to the engineering, procurement and construction of the Initial Facilities.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
