Subproject 5 definition

Subproject 5 means the Stage 3 Liquefaction Facility, including LNG Train 5, and all OSBL Facilities and modifications and improvements to the Stage 1 Liquefaction Facility, the Stage 2 Liquefaction Facility and the Existing Facility required for LNG Train 5 to receive Natural Gas, produce LNG, and transfer LNG to all Tanks.
Subproject 5 has the meaning set forth in the Stage 3 EPC Agreement.

  • Sub-project 5: Nanming River Biological Survey, Water Quality Monitoring, Ecological Assessment involves the conduct of comprehensive studies on the health of Nanming River’s ecosystems and ecological environments, including aspects of water quality, water biology, hydrology and hydrodynamics.

  • Subject to Section 3.1B, the Work shall be performed on a turnkey basis and shall include all of the Work required to achieve RFSU of Subproject 5, Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 and Final Completion in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including achieving the Minimum Acceptance Criteria and Performance Guarantee.

  • Listed in Attachment E is the Target Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 5.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, “unreasonably withheld,” as used in this Section 11.3B, means that Owner cannot fail to accept the Substantial Completion Certificate if all the requirements under this Agreement for the achievement of Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 have been achieved.

  • As used in this Section 11.3B, “unreasonably withheld” means that Owner fails to accept the Substantial Completion Certificate even if all of the requirements under this Agreement for the achievement of Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 have been achieved.

  • Until Substantial Completion of Subproject 5, Owner shall be entitled to a Change Order upon request in accordance with this Section 6.1.

  • Upon such transfer and satisfaction of all other requirements of Substantial Completion, Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 shall be achieved, and Owner shall sign the Substantial Completion Certificate submitted by Contractor.

  • Owner’s acceptance of Substantial Completion of Subproject 5 shall not relieve Contractor of any of its obligations to perform the Work in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.

Related to Subproject 5

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
