Subscriber Use definition

Subscriber Use means the uses set out in paragraph 6 of this Schedule 2;
Subscriber Use means use of Eligible Products by Employees solely in the performance of official Subscriber business or projects solely at Subscriber Sites; butshall exclude use by consultants other than Staff Augmentation Consultants, such as those retained to provide independent AION OGRAMprofessional consulting engineering services.
Subscriber Use means for use by Employees in the performance of official Subscriber business or projects; but shall not mean for use by Employees for non-Subscriber projects or purposes; and shall not mean for use by consultants other than Staff Augmentation Consultants, such as those retained to provide independent professional consulting engineering services.

Related to Subscriber Use

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Subscribed Channels means the channels from amongst the Channels subscribed/carried by the Operator, as are specifically identified by the Operator by assigning tick marks (✔) against such channels from amongst the Channels listed in Annexure A to this Agreement.

Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Interexchange Carrier (IXC means a carrier that provides, directly or indirectly, InterLATA or IntraLATA Telephone Toll Services.

  • Buyers has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.
