Subscriber Use definition

Subscriber Use means the uses set out in paragraph 6 of this Schedule 2;
Subscriber Use means for use by Employees in the performance of official Subscriber business or projects; but shall not mean for use by Employees for non-Subscriber projects or purposes; and shall not mean for use by consultants other than Staff Augmentation Consultants, such as those retained to provide independent professional consulting engineering services.

Related to Subscriber Use

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
