  • The annual subscription fee will be based on the total dollar value of equity assets managed by Subscriber for its own account and for its clients' accounts calculated as the total dollar value of both individual equities and funds which contain equity assets as confirmed in writing by Subscriber on the Subscriber Use Statement.

Related to Subscriber Use

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.
