Subscribing Customer definition

Subscribing Customer means a PGE Nonresidential Customer served by retail base service, who elects to receive voluntary supplemental service through this program.
Subscribing Customer means a Customer that obtains a Certificate from an issuing Participant for use in connection with the IdenTrust System;
Subscribing Customer means a retail electricity consumer receiving an on-bill credit for electricity

  • Subscriber shall enter into a contract for service under this Rider for a term and with terms and conditions consistent with the term and terms and conditions of the contract with the renewable energy supplier, or as agreed upon between Company and Subscribing Customer (and subject to regulatory review).

  • While enrolled in this Rider, the Subscribing Customer shall continue to take service under– and pay the components of – their applicable base rate schedule and all supplemental schedules and riders.

  • Further, Contractor agrees that no amounts of any LEAP Charges which, for whatever reason are not recovered by Contractor or allocated and paid for by Qualified Recipient, including by way of inclusion in any cost or overhead computations related to Services under the Master Agreement, any Statements of Work or otherwise, shall be charged or allocated to or assessed and paid by Customer, any Subscribing Customer, any User or any End-User.

  • A Customer executing such a joinder shall share in the payment of the price of the Additional Services provided for herein in a fair and equitable manner, and in no event in excess of the payments which would have been incurred had such Customer been a Subscribing Customer at the time of effectiveness of this SOW, excluding any incremental work borne by the Contractor in order to properly implement the Additional Services provided herein.

  • Ad hoc training for identified gaps (e.g. related to new technologies, changed legislation or new tasks, e.g. related to restitution) should be organized early on so as to disrupt ongoing work as little as possible.

The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
