Subscription Scope definition

Subscription Scope means any Platform usage or consumption limitations and parameters (for example, as to the volume of Users, volume of Binaries, available features and functionalities, etc.) specified in an Order.

Examples of Subscription Scope in a sentence

  • Purchases of access to additional Features and/or purchases of additional volume under the Subscription Scope (collectively, "Additional Purchases"), shall be made by mutually agreed by written addendum to the Order Form or by executing a new order form, in each case according to the pricing agreed between the Parties (or the pricing pre-agreed in the Order Form, if any).

  • Company will submit the invoice at the beginning of the billing cycle, as specified in the Subscription Scope section, and/or at the beginning of the Renewal Subscription Term (in case of a renewal).

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
