In addition, the Trustee shall, free of charge, upon request, deliver to any Certificateholder, Certificate Owner or party identified as a prospective Certificateholder or Certificate Owner copies of all Subsequent Exchange Act Reports that are filed with the Commission with respect to the Trust.
