Subsequent Land Use Regulations definition

Subsequent Land Use Regulations means any Land Use Regulations adopted and effective after the Effective Date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Subsequent Land Use Regulations

Subsequent Land Use Regulations means those Land Use Regulations which are both adopted and effective on or after the Approval Date and which are not included within the definition of Existing Land Use Regulations.
Subsequent Land Use Regulations means any and all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official written policies of City adopted and effective after the Effective Date governing development and use of the Property that do not prevent development of the Property for the uses and to the density or intensity of development set forth in this Agreement.
