Subsequent Licensing Period definition

Subsequent Licensing Period means any period of ten years beginning with the end date of the previous Licensing Period;
Subsequent Licensing Period means any period of ten years from the date on which the Licence has been renewed in accordance with Section 222 of the Communications Act or, if shorter, the period from the date on which the Licence is renewed until such date as it is revoked in accordance with these conditions;
Subsequent Licensing Period means any period for which the Licence is renewed in accordance with Section 231(7) of the Communications Act;
