Substitute Personnel definition

Substitute Personnel means suitably qualified individuals of Vendor's choosing designated to replace any Vendor Personnel.
Substitute Personnel means any substitute provided as replacement of Designated Personnel at any position as per conditions specified in Terms of Reference of this Tender Document.
Substitute Personnel. Means the activities or duties specified in the Schedule to this Agreement or detailed in a Works Order. Means any person or entity employed or engaged by the Sub-Contractor from time to time to perform any of the Services.

Examples of Substitute Personnel in a sentence

  • APPtechnology procures that a Service Provider will enter into a written agreement, which incorporates terms which are substantially similar to those set out in this clause 13, with the Substitute Personnel and/or a Sub-contractor.

  • In the event of substitution of any Personnel, APPtechnology procures that a Service Provider shall in its own time and expense be responsible for a reasonable handover period to the Substitute Personnel.

  • In the event that the Sub-Contractor is unable to locate suitable Substitute Personnel, the Company will make the necessary arrangements to ensure that the Assignments are completed.

  • The Sub-Contractor named on this Agreement will be responsible for payment and the quality of workmanship of his Substitute Personnel in accordance with clause 2.8.

  • APPtechnology agrees that any Substitute Personnel appointed under clause 7.3 and/or a Sub-contractor appointed under clause 7.4 is a third-party processor of Personal Data under this Agreement.

  • However, it is the Sub-Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that such additional Substitute Personnel do not compromise the Sub-Contractor’s ability to meet service standards.

  • Excluded from the bargaining unit shall be the Superintendent, Principal(s), Assistant Principal(s), Director(s), Executive Assistant(s), Treasurer, Account Clerk(s), Transportation Employees, Substitute Personnel, Night and Off-Site Adult Education Personnel, District EMIS Coordinator, and all supervisory, confidential, and management employees as defined in Ohio Revised Code 4117.01(F), (J), and (K).

  • APPtechnology acknowledges that it is engaged as an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement renders it nor any Service Provider (including a Service Provider's Personnel, Substitute Personnel and Sub-contractors) an employee, agent or partner of the Customer and APPtechnology will not hold itself out as such.

  • Substitute and temporary employees shall receive the Substitute Personnel 6 rate of pay.

  • At the end of each week of an Assignment, the Sub-Contractor shall deliver to the Client a timesheet duly completed to indicate the number of hours worked by the Sub-Contractor and any Substitute Personnel during the preceding week and request that it be signed by an authorised representative of the Client.
