Successor Developer definition

Successor Developer means any entity succeeding to all or part of rights of Developer, Phase I Co-Developers and Phase II Co-Developers in their respective Minimum Improvements.
Successor Developer means any person or entity developing one or more phases of the Project.
Successor Developer means that person or entity, other than Developer that undertakes to Develop the District Eligible Public Improvements.

Successor Developer is identified in the Preamble and is the owner of the Property identified in Exhibit “A”.
