Successor Developer definition

Successor Developer means any person or entity developing one or more phases of the Project.

Successor Developer means that person or entity, other than Developer that undertakes to Develop the District Eligible Public Improvements.

Successor Developer means any entity succeeding to all or part of rights of Developer, Phase I Co-Developers and Phase II Co-Developers in their respective Minimum Improvements.

• In the event of a consolidation, merger or sale in accordance with this subsection, Developer or other transferor shall not be liable for any actions of the Successor Developer or purchaser or have any liability under this Agreement with respect to matters arising subsequent to such consolidation, merger or sale which relate to the interest so transferred.

More Definitions of Successor Developer

Successor Developer as defined in Section 135 of the Act.
