Sukuk Assets definition

Sukuk Assets means the Wakala Assets and the Commodity Murabaha Investment (if any) in respect of a Series;
Sukuk Assets means the Portfolio Assets, the right to receive the outstanding Deferred Payment Price under the Murabaha Contract and the amounts standing to the credit of the Principal Collection Account and Profit Collection Account from time to time;
Sukuk Assets. ’ means the assets purchased by or transferred to the Trustee (acting through the Service Agent) in connection with the entry into of the Sukuk Contracts;

Examples of Sukuk Assets in a sentence

  • GoP (acting through MoF) will execute a Purchase Undertaking in favour of the PDSCL to purchase the Sukuk Assets at the Exercise Price at maturity or upon an Event of Default.

  • Upon exercise of the Purchase Undertaking at maturity or upon Event of Default and Termination, a Sale and Purchase Agreement shall be executed between the PDSCL and GoP (acting through MoF) to evidence the purchase of Sukuk Assets by GoP.

More Definitions of Sukuk Assets

Sukuk Assets means the Mudaraba Assets, the Murabaha Assets and the Payment Obligations, together with any amounts standing to the credit of the Sukuk Account and the Reserve.
Sukuk Assets means the Leased Assets (as defined in the relevant Ijara Agreement) and the rights under the Murabaha Agreement purchased by or transferred to the Trustee (acting through the Service Agent), as the case may be, in connection with the entry into of the Sukuk Contracts from time to time but excluding any Leased Asset which is the subject of an Ijara Agreement which has been terminated in accordance with its terms; Sukuk Contract Counterparties means the counterparties to the Sukuk Contracts (other than the Trustee), and Sukuk Contract Counterparty means any one of them; Sukuk Contracts means a series of contracts entered into in connection with the Certificates and comprising:
Sukuk Assets means the Wakala Investment and the Commodity Murabaha Investment in respect of a Series;
Sukuk Assets means the beneficial interest in the Sukuk Asset Trust Property in relation to the relevant Series of Sukuk Certificates created pursuant to the Master Purchase Trust Deed and acquired by the Issuer and the Trustee pursuant to the Master Purchase Agreement and the relevant Supplemental Purchase Agreement;
Sukuk Assets means the Portfolio Assets, the right to receive the outstanding Deferred Sale Price under the Murabaha Contract and the amounts standing to the credit of each Collection Account from time to time;
Sukuk Assets means the Portfolio Assets and the amounts standing to the credit of the Principal Collection Account, the Profit Collection Account and the Reserve Account from time to time;

  • Quick Assets means, at any date as of which the amount thereof shall be determined, the consolidated cash, cash-equivalents, accounts receivable and investments, with maturities not to exceed 90 days, of Borrower determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.

  • Intercompany Receivables means all account, note or loan payables and all advances (cash or otherwise) or any other Extensions of Credit that are receivable by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries (other than the Bank or its Subsidiaries) from the Bank or its Subsidiaries.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • surplus assets means the assets after payment of the debts and liabilities remaining on a winding-up of the incorporated association and the costs, charges and expenses of the winding-up;

  • Consolidated Assets means all assets which should be listed on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Qualified Assets means any of the following assets: (i) interests, rights, options, warrants or convertible or exchangeable securities of the Partnership; (ii) Debt issued by the Partnership or any Subsidiary thereof in connection with the incurrence of Funding Debt; (iii) equity interests in Qualified REIT Subsidiaries and limited liability companies (or other entities disregarded from their sole owner for U.S. federal income tax purposes, including wholly owned grantor trusts) whose assets consist solely of Qualified Assets; (iv) up to a one percent (1%) equity interest in any partnership or limited liability company at least ninety-nine percent (99%) of the equity of which is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Partnership; (v) cash held for payment of administrative expenses or pending distribution to security holders of the General Partner or any wholly owned Subsidiary thereof or pending contribution to the Partnership; and (vi) other tangible and intangible assets that, taken as a whole, are de minimis in relation to the net assets of the Partnership and its Subsidiaries.

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • Income Property means, in respect of each Sub-Fund, (a) all interest, dividends and other sums deemed by the Trustee, (after consulting the auditors either on a general or case by case basis), to be in the nature of income (including taxation repayments, if any) received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of the Deposited Property of the relevant Sub-Fund (whether in cash or, without limitation, by warrant, cheque, money, credit or otherwise or the proceeds of sale or transfer of any Income Property received in a form other than cash); (b) all interest and other sums received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of (a), (c) or (d) of this definition; (c) all cash payments received or receivable by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund in respect of an Application; and (d) all Cancellation Compensation received by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund; (e) any payments to be received or are receivable by the Trustee under any contractual agreements in the nature of investments for the benefit of the relevant Sub-Fund but excluding (i) the Deposited Property; (ii) any amount for the time being standing to the credit of the distribution account for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund or previously distributed to Unitholders; (iii) gains for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund arising from the realisation of Securities; and (iv) any sums applied towards payment of the fees, costs and expenses payable by the Trust from the Income Property of the relevant Sub-Fund;

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Company Intellectual Property Assets means all Intellectual Property Assets owned by the Company or used or held for use by the Company in the Business and all Products.
