Sundry charge means an amount charged to a Person which is not directly linked to a property and includes but is not limited to−

Sundry charge means an amount charged to a person which is not directly linked to a property or premises, and which includes but is not limited to─ (a) charges arising from damages to municipal property and equipment; (b) monies owed for municipal services other than rates, water, electricity and sanitation; (c) monies awarded to the Municipality through court orders and judgments; (d) fines; and (e) monies owed to the Municipality by municipal staff.
