Superior Mortgages definition

Superior Mortgages shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.02A hereof.
Superior Mortgages means any trust indenture or mortgage which may now or hereafter affect the Land, the Complex or the Building or any Superior Lease and the leasehold interest created thereby or any condominium declaration or similar common interest ownership structure, and all renewals, extensions, supplements, amendments, modifications, consolidations and replacements thereof or thereto, substitutions therefor and advances made thereunder.
Superior Mortgages means those certain mortgages, each as in effect on the Issue Date, known as the "Xxxxxxxxxx," "CFS," "Wozo" and "Arbor" mortgages, securing the Plaza Garage Parcel, the Egg Harbor Parcel and certain property used or to be used for surface parking, as more fully described in the Mortgage Documents.

More Definitions of Superior Mortgages

Superior Mortgages shall have the meaning given in Section 20.1.
Superior Mortgages means all present and future mortgages, deeds of trust or other encumbrances, and all renewals, modifications, consolidations, replacements or extensions thereof or advances made thereunder, affecting all or any portion of the Premises, the Building or the Land.
Superior Mortgages shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1 of this Lease.
Superior Mortgages means, collectively, the Parking Parcel Mortgage, the Egg Harbor Mortgage, the Wozo Mortgage, and the Arbor Mortgage.

Related to Superior Mortgages

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.

  • Superior Lease means the document which sets out the obligations your Landlord has made to their Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Superior Lease will bind the Tenant if they have prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).

  • Mortgages means, individually and collectively, one or more mortgages, deeds of trust, or deeds to secure debt, executed and delivered by Parent or its Subsidiaries in favor of Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, that encumber the Real Property Collateral.

  • First Mortgage means a Mortgage that constitutes a first Lien on the real property and improvements described in or covered by that Mortgage.

  • Superior Lien With respect to any Mortgage Loan, any other mortgage loan relating to the corresponding Mortgaged Property which creates a lien on the Mortgaged Property which is senior to the Mortgage Loan.

  • Reverse mortgage means a nonrecourse loan under which both of the following apply:

  • Fee Mortgage Any mortgage, pledge agreement, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents, fixture filing or similar document creating or evidencing a lien on Landlord’s interest in the Leased Property or any portion thereof (or an indirect interest therein, including without limitation, a lien on direct or indirect interests in Landlord) in accordance with the provisions of Article XXXI hereof.

  • Facility Mortgage As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Assignment of Mortgage An assignment of the Mortgage, notice of transfer or equivalent instrument in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage to the Purchaser.

  • Superior Landlord means and includes people or persons to whom the ownership or interest in the Leasehold Property might revert in the fullness of time.

  • Additional Mortgage shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.10(c).

  • Mortgage Amendment means an amendment to an Existing Mortgage or an amendment and restatement of an Existing Mortgage, in each case in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.

  • Leasehold Mortgage means any leasehold deed of trust, mortgage, deed to secure debt, assignment of leases and rents, assignment, security agreement, or other security document securing financing from a lender of Tenant and encumbering Tenant’s leasehold interest in any Demised Property.

  • Assignment of Leases and Rents With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar instrument executed by the Obligor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, whether contained in the Mortgage or in a document separate from the Mortgage, in the form that was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Assignment of Leases With respect to any Mortgaged Property, any assignment of leases, rents and profits or similar agreement executed by the Mortgagor, assigning to the mortgagee all of the income, rents and profits derived from the ownership, operation, leasing or disposition of all or a portion of such Mortgaged Property, in the form which was duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, as amended, modified, renewed or extended through the date hereof and from time to time hereafter.

  • Aircraft Mortgage means each Aircraft and Engine mortgage and security agreement entered into by any Borrower in favor of the Agent evidencing the Liens in respect of such Aircraft Collateral that will secure the Obligations, in each case as amended, modified, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

  • Purchase Money Mortgage means a mortgage secured by a first lien or junior lien taken or retained by the seller of real property to secure all or part of the purchase price of the property.

  • First Mortgagee means the holder of any First Mortgage.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.

  • Mortgage Amendments as defined in Section 6.11(a).

  • Mortgage shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
