Parking Parcel definition

Parking Parcel means that portion of the Land described on Exhibit A-4.
Parking Parcel means the portion of the Property consisting of Unit 1 of Parcel 5 on the Parcel Map, as such Unit is depicted on the Condominium Plan attached hereto as Exhibit A-2.

More Definitions of Parking Parcel

Parking Parcel means the unimproved land substantially depicted on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, having a total minimum capacity of 214 parking spaces, which Parking Parcel is required to be subdivided by Seller into a separate legal parcel prior to Closing, and which Parking 20289493.10 4 Parcel shall be partially developed with the Parking Improvements for no less than 107 parking spaces after the Closing in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, together with all of Parking Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the streets, alleys and right-of-ways which abut such real property, and any easement rights, air rights, subsurface rights, development rights, water rights or other appurtenances to such land.
Parking Parcel means the parcels, as more particularly described in Exhibit A to the Third Amendment.
