If, after the calendar year ends, Associated Agency is still out of compliance with the New York Insurance Regulation 4228 limits, USL will withhold compensation on new sales and/or renewal compensation following the end of the calendar year in which the overpayments were made until Associated Agency is brought into compliance. All reasonable efforts will be made to recoup such overpayments within the 3 month period following the calendar year in which such overpayments were made
