Supplemental Bonds definition

Supplemental Bonds means Fixed Rate Bonds issued pursuant to the Indenture which are secured only by a Series Trust Estate, including the Bonds.
Supplemental Bonds means all Bonds owned by the Origination Trust that (i) are not Eligible Bonds and as a result have not been assigned to an Owner Trust Series, (ii) have been repurchased from an Owner Trust Series as a result of becoming Owner Trust Ineligible Bonds, but are eligible to be held by the Origination Trust or (iii) are Bonds owned by the Origination Trust for any reason other than those listed in (i) and (ii) above.
Supplemental Bonds means those Bonds issued for the account of the Borrower by the Council pursuant to the Council Indenture following an Adjudication of Invalidity;

Examples of Supplemental Bonds in a sentence

  • Any Authorized Authority Official is further authorized and directed to take all such other actions as such Authorized Authority Official shall deem necessary or desirable to effect a public sale of each Series of the Ninth Supplemental Bonds.

  • The Ninth Supplemental Bonds shall be issued pursuant to Section 203 of the Resolution for the purposes of (i) paying or providing for the payment of principal or Redemption Price of and interest on the Refunded Bonds through their respective redemption or maturity dates, and(ii) paying the costs of issuance of such Ninth Supplemental Bonds.

  • Each Series of the Ninth Supplemental Bonds shall be issued in fully registered form in the denominations as set forth in the applicable Series Certificate.

  • Subject to the provisions of the Resolution, the form of the Ninth Supplemental Bonds and the Trustee’s Certificate of Authentication thereon shall be substantially in the form set forth in Section 2.14 of this Amended and Restated Ninth Supplemental Resolution.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • Supplemental Note means, for each Supplemental Loan (whether one or more), if any, the Multifamily Note secured by the Supplemental Instrument for that Supplemental Loan.

  • Serial Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and not subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • 2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations.

  • 2028 Notes means the Borrower’s $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount notes due June 13, 2028, issued in June 2023 and July 2023.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • First Mortgage Bonds means bonds issued by the Company pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.
