Examples of Supplemental Guarantor in a sentence
No director, officer, employee, incorporator, stockholder or controlling person of the Company or any Supplemental Guarantor, as such, shall have any liability for any obligations of the Company or any Supplemental Guarantor under the Securities, any Guarantees, the Indenture or this Supplemental Indenture or for any claim based on, in respect of, or by reason of, such obligations or their creation.
Each Supplemental Guarantor hereby agrees, jointly and severally with all other Supplemental Guarantors, and fully and unconditionally, to provide an unconditional Guarantee on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Guarantee and in the Indenture including but not limited to Article 10 thereof.
By its signature hereto, as provided in Section 9.16(j) of the Credit Agreement, the Supplemental Guarantor hereby becomes party to the Credit Agreement as a Guarantor.
