Supplemental Guarantor definition

Supplemental Guarantor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 of the Credit Agreement.

Supplemental Guarantor means each Subsidiary of the Company party to a Supplemental Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement.
