Supplemental Security Documents definition

Supplemental Security Documents has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.
Supplemental Security Documents means each of the following documents:
Supplemental Security Documents means each of the documents referred to in Clause 4 hereof which are to be executed and delivered on or prior to the Effective Date in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • The Supplemental Security Documents shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, such new mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments of rents, leases and profits, security agreements, pledge agreements, financing statements and other security documents as the Lender may require to create and perfect a valid first priority security interest in the Investment Position.

  • Supplemental Security Documents granting security over all material assets of the Additional Obligor, duly executed by the Additional Obligor together with such other documents relating to the security granted pursuant to such supplemental Security Documents as the Security Agent may require.

  • Apollo UK acknowledges and confirms that the Supplemental Security Documents (as defined in the Fourth Amendment) executed by it will on and from the date hereof continue in full force and effect and continue to secure the Secured Obligations (as defined in the UK Debenture) including, without limitation, under or in connection with the Loan Documents including the Loan and Security Agreement as amended as amended by this Amendment.


More Definitions of Supplemental Security Documents

Supplemental Security Documents means together this Supplemental Agreement and the Mortgage Addenda and “Supplemental Security Document” means any one of them.
Supplemental Security Documents means the Supplemental Assignment of Development Agreement, the Supplemental Assignment of Insurances, the Supplemental Assignment of Proceeds, the Supplemental Debenture and the Intercreditor Agreement Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
Supplemental Security Documents means, collectively, each Supplemental Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement between a Supplemental Guarantor and the Agent, each Amendment to the Security Agreement, the Existing Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement and the Guarantee Agreement and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and/or other filings required hereby or thereby to be filed with respect to the security interests in personal Property and fixtures created pursuant hereto or thereto.
Supplemental Security Documents means, together, the Supplemental General Assignment, the Supplemental Hedging Agreement Security, the Supplemental Shares Securities, each Second Supplemental General Assignment, each Second Supplemental Hedging Agreement Security, each Supplemental Shares Securities and, in the singular, means any of them.
Supplemental Security Documents as defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement.
Supplemental Security Documents has the meaning given to that term in the Deed of Amendment and Restatement.
Supplemental Security Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(b).
