Supplemental Thrift Plan definition

Supplemental Thrift Plan means the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh Supplemental Thrift Plan.
Supplemental Thrift Plan means the Union Pacific Corporation Supplemental Thrift Plan, effective January 1, 1989, and as it may thereafter be amended from time to time. The Supplemental Thrift Plan is comprised of the following components, each of which is set forth in a separate document: (1) The Union Pacific Corporation Supplemental Thrift Plan (409A Grandfathered Component), and (2) The Union Pacific Corporation Supplemental Thrift Plan (409A Non-Grandfathered Component).
Supplemental Thrift Plan means the Supplemental Thrift Savings Plan of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. as effective on March 31, 1999.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Supplemental Transfer Date For any Supplemental Transfer Agreement, the date the related Supplemental Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund pursuant to the related Supplemental Transfer Agreement.

The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Qualified Plan means a Benefit Arrangement that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Retirement Savings Plan means the Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan, as amended from time to time, together with any similar, succeeding or substitute plan.

  • Supplemental Ruling means (i) any ruling (other than the Ruling) issued by the IRS in connection with a Distribution, and (ii) any similar ruling issued by any other Taxing Authority addressing the application of a provision of the laws of another jurisdiction to a Distribution.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Restoration Plan means all technical and organisational measures necessary for the restoration of the system back to normal state;

  • Qualified Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20.

  • Eligible Retirement Plan means an individual retirement account described in Section 408(a) of the Code, an individual retirement annuity described in Section 408(b) of the Code, an annuity plan described in Section 403(a) of the Code, or a qualified trust described in Section 401(a) of the Code, that accepts the Distributee's Eligible Rollover Distribution. However, in the case of an Eligible Rollover Distribution to the surviving Spouse, an Eligible Retirement Plan is an individual retirement account or individual retirement annuity.

  • Certified Plan means all the terms and benefits (including any Supplement(s)) that form an insurance plan certified by the Government to be compliant with the requirements of the VHIS. This Certified Plan comprises these Terms and Conditions and the Benefit Schedule and the followings –
