Supplied Energy definition

Supplied Energy means that portion of the Firm Energy that was, pursuant to this Agreement, supplied and sold by MH attributable to MH’s Energy Resources and for greater certainty shall not include any amount of the Firm Energy that was: (a) offered by MH but did not clear the Day-Ahead Energy and Operating Reserve Market; or (b) curtailed, restricted or reduced pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.7 or 3.8 or Article XIII.
Supplied Energy means that portion of the Energy that was, pursuant to this Agreement, supplied and sold by MH and for greater certainty shall not include any amount of the Energy that was: (a) not offered by MH into the Day-Ahead Energy and Operating Reserve Market; or (b) offered by MH but did not clear the Day-Ahead Energy and Operating Reserve Market; or (c) curtailed, restricted or reduced pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.7 or 3.8 or Article 14. For greater certainty the Parties acknowledge that:
Supplied Energy means that portion of MH’s Energy that was, pursuant to this Agreement, supplied and sold by MH to NSP and for greater certainty shall not include any amount of MH’s Energy that: (i) was not offered by MH into the Day-Ahead Energy and Operating Reserve Market; (ii) was offered, but did not clear the Day- Ahead Energy and Operating Reserve Market; (iii) Fixed Price Energy that was decremented by the Adverse Water Right; or (iv) was curtailed, restricted or reduced pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.8 or 3.9 or Article 15.

Examples of Supplied Energy in a sentence

  • Without limiting the forgoing, WPS shall purchase and take title to all of the Supplied Energy at the Delivery Point.

  • MH shall provide MP with a report, in accordance with the procedures established by MH for such reporting, that identifies the MWh of Supplied Energy that was allocated to have been supplied from MH’s Energy Resources and this report shall be used by MH and MP when reporting the Environmental Attributes of the Supplied Energy.

  • Point‌ Nalcor shall sell and deliver, or cause to be delivered, to NSPI, and NSPI shall purchase and receive from Nalcor, all Nalcor Supplied Energy at the Delivery Point in accordance with this Agreement, the Nalcor Master Agreement (including applicable Confirmations) and the Scheduling Protocol.

  • MH shall calculate the Environmental Attributes of the Supplied Energy purchased by MP in accordance with the procedures established by MH for such calculations.

  • Sections 3.2 and 3.3 apply in respect of any relevant periods during which Nalcor and NSPI have respective obligations to deliver and receive Nalcor Supplied Energy under the EAA and any applicable NSPI Solicitation.

  • The first week of each Four Week Schedule (the “One Week Schedule”) will establish the final delivery schedule for Nalcor Supplied Energy during each day of such week, and day-ahead schedules will be implemented accordingly pursuant to Steps 1B(a) and 2B in Section 4.1. The One Week Schedule will only be changed by mutual agreement of Nalcor and NSPI, with each Party acting in its own interests.

  • For greater certainty, Nalcor and NSPI agree that it is the intention of those Parties that NSPI will not be a market reseller of Nalcor Supplied Energy, except in the circumstances identified above.

  • By no later than 1030 APT of the Prior Day, Nalcor will, or, if directed by Nalcor pursuant to Step 1A(d), Emera will, create the E-Tags associated with the scheduling requests contained in the Dispatch Plan and the Nalcor Supplied Energy, as confirmed by NSPI pursuant to Step 2B.

  • Title and ownership relating to all Nalcor Supplied Energy will pass from Nalcor to NSPI at the Delivery Point.

More Definitions of Supplied Energy

Supplied Energy means that portion of the Energy that was, pursuant to the 2013 Energy Sale Agreement, supplied and sold by MH attributable to MH’s Energy Resources and for greater certainty shall not include any amount of the Energy that was curtailed.

Related to Supplied Energy

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Delivered Energy means the kilowatt hours of Electricity actually fed and measured by the energy meters at the Delivery Point and as certified by SLDC/MSEDCL authorities.

  • Renewable Energy Credit has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12(h) and CPUC Decision 00-00-000, as may be amended from time to time or as further defined or supplemented by Law.

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
