Supplier’s Personnel definition

Supplier’s Personnel means all persons and entities providing any services under this Purchase Order, including Supplier's employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as anyone directly or indirectly employed or retained by any of them.

Supplier’s Personnel means the Supplier’s staff who are assigned to this Agreement to undertake the Services;

Supplier’s Personnel means the employees, directors and / or officers of the Supplier’s group employed, engaged or provided under this Agreement.

• The Supplier is responsible for the adequacy and safety of: the PV System until these are delivered to the PV System Acceptance Point (including the operations of the Supplier's Personnel and its Sub-Suppliers) in accordance with the Applicable Incoterm; all its operations and methods of manufacture (including the methods of the Supplier's Personnel and its Sub-Suppliers); and all the Supply Works.

• Health and Safety27 The Supplier shall ensure that it and the Supplier's Personnel comply at all times with: any site rules imposed by the Project Company and the Installation Contractor and after the Commercial Operation Date, the O&M Contractor; all applicable Health and Safety Legislation; the Environmental Social Management Plan; and International Labour Organisation recommended labour standards.

Supplier’s Personnel includes the Supplier’s employees, workers, sub-contractors, agents and substitutes where appropriate.
