Supply and Offtake Documents definition

Supply and Offtake Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.
Supply and Offtake Documents means the PESRM Transaction Documents.

  • Promptly, from time to time, such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of any Company, or compliance with the terms of any Loan Document, as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request, including copies of any reports or other information delivered or required to be delivered by the Borrower or any of its Affiliates under the Supply and Offtake Documents.

Supply and Offtake Documents means the Supply and Offtake Agreement, the Supply and Offtake Security Documents and the other “PESRM Transaction Documents” (as defined in the Supply and Offtake Agreement as of the date hereof) and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Supply and Offtake Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Supply and Offtake Obligations.

  • Offtake Agreement means any refining, smelting, brokering, sale, marketing and/or processing agreement entered into by the Owner or its Affiliates with respect to Minerals produced from the Property;

Substantial or essential component means any component necessary for the proper function or performance of a piece of equipment, system, or service.

  • Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.
