Support Option definition

Support Option means the option the Licensee can subscribe to benefit from the service in response to the Licensee’s Error Report as describe in the Clause 2 of this Agreement. When this option is purchased by the Licensee the Support Option is specified on the relevant invoice.

Examples of Support Option in a sentence

  • Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fee specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement for either Basic Support (the “Basic Support Fee”) or Premium Support (the “Premium Support Fee” and together with the Basic Support Fee, the “Support Fees”) based on the Support Option that Medical Practice has selected.

  • Medical Practice may elect to change the Support Option it has selected by providing at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Modernizing Medicine of such change, which change shall become effective at the commencement of the next applicable Renewal Term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Modernizing Medicine.

  • To the extent specified in the Product Notice, Support Services in the form of the Support Option noted on the Product Notice are included free of charge during the Equipment warranty period.

  • Medical Practice shall be eligible to receive either Basic Support or Premium Support (the “Support Options”) based on the Support Option listed on Schedule “A” to the License Agreement.

  • In some cases, a Support Option upgrade during the Equipment warranty period may be available separate purchase.

  • When purchasing the support and software maintenance of the Software, the Licensee can subscribe to the RCDevs Support Option.

  • If the licensee subscribed to the Support Option, RCDevs shall proceed to Error Correction as specified in this Agreement.

  • If the Licensee did not subscribe to the RCDevs Support Option, RCDevs has no obligation to investigate and fix the issue reported by the Licensee.

  • To the extent specified on the Product Notice and unless stated otherwise in the order confirmation, Support Services in the form of the Support Option (as defined in Clause 3 A above) noted on the Product Notice are included free of charge during the warranty period for Hardware.

Related to Support Option

  • Replacement Option means an Option that is granted when a Participant uses a Common Share held or to be acquired by the Participant to exercise an Option and/or to satisfy tax withholding requirements incident to the exercise of an Option.

  • Parent Option means an option to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Over-Allotment Option means the option of the Underwriters to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the firm units (as described in the Articles) issued in the IPO at a price equal to US$10 per unit, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Covered Call Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities (excluding Futures Contracts) which are owned by the writer thereof and subject to appropriate restrictions.

  • Replacement Award means an Award granted in assumption of, or in substitution for, an outstanding award previously granted by a company or business acquired by the Company or with which the Company, directly or indirectly, combines.

  • Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.

  • Unapproved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(c) of the Ordinance and not held in trust by a Trustee.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Option Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.
