  • These Support Terms and Conditions, forming part of the Primary Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, conditions, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

  • CGSI will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support services as set forth in the Support Terms and Conditions (“Support Terms”) attached hereto as Exhibit 1 with respect to the Cloudera Products during the Subscription Period, as such services may be updated by CGSI from time to time (the “Support Services”).
