Surface Lot definition

Surface Lot means the surface lot identified by the City for use by RACs for Ready/Return.
Surface Lot means the surface parking shown on Exhibit G and located on the parcel identified as “Parcel 4” on Exhibit G.
Surface Lot means one or more surface parking lots owed by the Port within Jack

  • Surface water means all water which is open to the atmosphere and subject to surface runoff.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Groundwater means all water, which is below the surface of the ground in the saturation zone and in direct contact with the ground or subsoil.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • impermeable surface means a surface or pavement constructed and maintained to a standard sufficient to prevent the transmission of liquids beyond the pavement surface, and should be read in conjunction with the term “sealed drainage system” (below).

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
