Parking Lease definition

Parking Lease shall have the meaning assigned in Section 1.1(a).
Parking Lease means the Parking Lease, dated as of June 19, 2000, by and between Xxxxxxxxxx Harbor Parking Associates, LLC, as lessor, and Xxxxx Indiana, Inc., as lessee, as the same is in effect on the Issue Date (and any renewals or replacements thereof or amendments thereto so long as the terms of such renewals, replacements or amendments are not less favorable to the Holders in any material respect).
Parking Lease means, collectively, that certain Indenture of Lease and that certain ground lease relating to the Individual Property known as Wyndham Atlanta American as more particularly described on Schedule 1.5 hereto.
