Swap Transaction Documents definition

Swap Transaction Documents means any and all documents related to any Swap by and between the Borrower and Bank, including but not limited to an International Swap Dealers Association Master Agreement, the Schedule to the Master Agreement, any Credit Support Annexes, any Swap Trade Confirmation, risk disclosure statement, eligible contract participant verification form, and all such other related documents as Bank may require.
Swap Transaction Documents means: any and all documents related to any Swap by and between the Borrower and Bank, including but not limited to an International Swap Dealers Association
Swap Transaction Documents means any and all documents related to any Swap Transaction by and between the Borrowers and Lender, including the following: 2002 Multicurrency-Cross Border version of the ISDA Master Agreement, the Schedule to the Master Agreement, any Credit Support Annexes, any Swap Trade Confirmation, Risk Disclosure Statement, Eligible Contract Participant Verification Form, Financial Contracts, and all such other related documents as Lender may reasonably require. “Sweep Agreement” has the meaning provided in Section 2.03 of this Agreement. “Taxes” means any and all present or future income, stamp, or other taxes, levies, imposts, duties, deductions, charges, fees, or withholdings imposed, levied, withheld, or assessed by any Governmental Authority, together with any interest, additions to tax, or penalties imposed thereon and with respect thereto. “Term Loan A” means the Loan described in Section 2.01(a). “Term Loan B” means the Loan described in Section 2.01(b).

Examples of Swap Transaction Documents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Obligations evidenced by Swap Transaction Documents shall be terminated only in accordance with the terms of the respective Swap Transaction Document.

  • All such Swap Transaction Documents shall include such terms and conditions as required by Lender and/or its counsel.

  • Any such termination of a Swap Transaction Document, or reduction in such notional amount, will subject Borrower to payment to Lender of all assessments, losses, fees and costs of any kind or nature as set forth in any and all Swap Transaction Documents or otherwise as may be incurred by Lender thereunder, which arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of such prepayment termination.

  • All such Swap Transaction Documents shall be in form and content, and include such terms and conditions, as required by CRBT and/or its legal counsel.

Master Agreement, the Schedule to the Master Agreement, any Credit Support Annexes, any Swap Trade Confirmations, Risk Disclosure States, Eligible Contract Participant Verification Forms, and all such other related documents as CRBT may require. All such Swap Transaction Documents shall be in form and content, and include such terms and conditions, as required by CRBT and/or its legal counsel.

Related to Swap Transaction Documents

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between or among the Acquired Company or its Affiliates and the Borrower or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.
