Syndicated Content definition

Syndicated Content is content submitted on third party sites that may be shared through the Bazaarvoice Network. An example of Syndicated Content is a review submitted on a product site that may be redisplayed across affiliated retail sites.
Syndicated Content means such text, data, images, video, audio, diagram, self-contained interactive application, animation asset or any other existing or future material supplied, including via XML, JSON, ASCII text based data feed, or other method, that we may make available to you from time to time via the Connections.
Syndicated Content means content that Publisher purchases from another publisher.

  • For royalties calculated according to Exhibit “A”, royalties are paid on Gross License Fees and are based on the type of license model and/or Collection through which Appointed Content, Syndicated Content and/or Direct Sales is actually licensed as specified in Exhibit “A”.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.
