Syndicated Facilities definition

Syndicated Facilities means the BNPP Kexim Facility, BNPP Ksure Facility, Wilmington 345 Facility, Wilmington 349 Facility and Wilmington 352 Facility, or any of them.

Syndicated Facilities means, collectively, the Canadian Syndicated Facility and the U.S. Syndicated Facility, and “Syndicated Facility” mean either of such credit facilities.

Syndicated Facilities means collectively the Revolving Syndicated Facility and the Non-Revolving Syndicated Facility, and "Syndicated Facility" means either of them.";
