System Leases definition

System Leases means any and all leases of transmission and distribution and related assets pursuant to which Sharyland is the lessee and the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company is a party as a lessor, and supplements thereto, each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, or any new lease entered into in replacement thereof.
System Leases means (1) the McAllen Lease, (2) the Xxxxxxx/Xxxxx/Xxxxxxx Lease, (3) upon the effectiveness thereof, the Lease Agreement (ERCOT Transmission Assets) between the Company, as lessor, and Sharyland, as lessee, (4) upon the completion of the FERC Merger, the FERC Lease and (5) any and all other Leases and supplements thereto in connection with the System and the transmission and distribution facilities ancillary thereto and any easements associated therewith, in the case of each of the foregoing clauses (1) through (5) as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, or any new lease entered into in replacement thereof, in accordance with Section 9.8 and/or 10.12 of this Agreement, as applicable. System Leases means (1) the McAllen Lease, (2) the Xxxxxxx/Xxxxx/Xxxxxxx Lease, (3) the Lease Agreement (ERCOT Transmission Assets), between the Borrower, as lessor, and SU, as lessee, (4) the FERC Lease, (5) the CREZ Lease and (6) any and all other Leases and supplements thereto in connection with the System and the transmission and distribution facilities ancillary thereto and any easements associated therewith, or, in each of the foregoing clauses (1) through (6), any new lease entered into in replacement thereof, in accordance with Section 6.10 and/or Section 7.16 of this Agreement, as applicable.

Related to System Leases

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Tenant Leases means leases, subleases, licenses or other use agreements between Seller and tenants with respect to Real Property, if any.
