In receiving written notification of a proposed revision to Attachment L, Table 1A and copies of information related to such change, the ISO will process the Accepted Revision strictly on the basis of the receipt of such information and the representations it receives from the parties to the ETA.
These TWAs are listed in Attachment L, Table 1A, where the “Treatment” column is denoted as “Terminated,” and no rights or obligations shall be associated with such terminated TWAs pursuant to this ISO OATT.
