Takeovers Panel definition

Takeovers Panel means the Takeovers Panel constituted under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth).
Takeovers Panel means the Takeovers Panel established by section 5(1) of the Takeovers Act 1993.
Takeovers Panel means the Panel as defined by the Corporations Act.
