Tangible Personalty definition

Tangible Personalty means all fixtures, equipment, furnishings and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by the Borrower and attached to or contained in and used in connection with the Land and the Improvements and all renewals or replacements thereof or articles in substitution thereof, whether or not the same are or shall be attached to the Land and Improvements in any manner.
Tangible Personalty as used herein shall mean any and all fixtures, equipment, furnishings and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by the Borrower and attached to or contained in and used in connection with the Land and Improvements including, but not limited to, all furniture, furnishings, apparatus, machinery, equipment, motors, boilers, buildings, materials appliances, fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus, security arid access control apparatus, trash receptacles, bath tubs, water heaters, water closets, sinks, dishwashers, disposals, washers, dryers, elevators, fittings, radiators, ranges, refrigerators, awnings, storm windows, storm doors, shades, screens, blinds, curtains and curtain rods, mirrors, cabinets, paneling, rugs, pictures, antennas, satellite dishes and systems, telecommunications systems (including, without limitation, equipment, facilities and devices), trees, plants, carpeting, office equipment and other furnishings and all plumbing, heating, lighting, cooking, laundry, ventilating, refrigerating, incinerating, trash compacting, air-conditioning and sprinkler equipment, telephone systems, televisions and television systems, audio and video systems (including, without limitation, equipment, facilities and devices), fitness and exercise equipment, computer systems and fixtures and appurtenances thereto and all renewals or replacements thereof or articles in substitution thereof, whether or not the same are or shall be attached to the Land and Improvements in any manner, and all proceeds and products of any of the foregoing ALL that certain lot parcel or tract of land, situate and lying in the Township of Wall, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, and being more particularly described as follows: BEING known and designated as Lot 36 in Block 819 on a certain Map entitled: "Final Map of Wall Office and Industrial Campus, in the Township of Wall, Monmouth County, New Jersey", filed in the Monmouth County Clerk's Office on May 1, 1987 as Map No. 216-30. BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly street line of Landmark Place (50 feet wide), where the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 35 and 36 in Block 819, as shown on the aforementioned Filed Map 2 16-30, which point is distant southwesterly 240.00 feet along the same from its intersection with the southwesterly street line of Monmouth County Hxxxxxx Xxxxx 000, if both street lines were extended to intersect; thence from said Point of Beginning:
Tangible Personalty. All right, titles and interests of the Trustor in and to the following, with respect to the Real Property: (a) All goods, trade fixtures, fixtures, inventory, furnishings, fittings, machinery, apparatus, equipment, building and other construction materials, supplies, and other tangible personal property of every nature now owned or hereafter acquired by Trustor and used, intended for use, or reasonably required in the development, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, or operation of the Property and any improvements or infrastructure located thereon, together with all accessions thereto, replacements and substitutions therefor, and proceeds thereof, including, without limitation, to the extent not deemed to be real property under this Deed of Trust, all apparatus, machinery, motors, elevators, fittings, equipment, and other furnishings and all plumbing, heating, lighting, cooking, laundry, ventilating, refrigerating, incinerating, air-conditioning and sprinkler equipment and fixtures, all clubhouse and swimming pool equipment, lockers, lifeguard equipment, lawn or deck chairs, towels, swimming pool cleaning and maintenance equipment, recreational and fitness equipment, including but not limited to rowing machines, stationery bikes, nautilus equipment and appurtenances thereto.

Examples of Tangible Personalty in a sentence

  • Except as permitted by the Loan Agreement, the Grantor will not sell, encumber or otherwise dispose of any of the Tangible Personalty except to incorporate such into the Improvements or replace such with goods of quality and value at least equal to that replaced.

  • The location of the Collateral which is Tangible Personalty is upon the Land.

  • Seller warrants and defends title to the Tangible Personalty, the Intangible Personal Property, and the Assigned Property unto Purchaser, its successors and assigns, against any person or entity claiming, or to claim, the same or any part thereof by, through or under Seller, subject only to the matters to which the Deed is subject, to the extent applicable.

  • The collective reference to the Land, the Improvements and the Tangible Personalty for each of the five (5) Individual Properties more particularly described in the Security Instrument.

  • In the event the Grantor sells or otherwise disposes of any of the Tangible Personalty in contravention of the foregoing sentence, the Administrative Agent's security interest in the proceeds of the Tangible Personalty shall continue pursuant to this Security Instrument.

Tangible Personalty is defined in Section 2.6.

Related to Tangible Personalty

  • Tangible Personal Property means, in respect of any Person, all machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, office equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items of tangible personal or movable property (other than Inventories and IT Assets) of every kind and wherever located that are owned or leased by the Person, together with any express or implied warranty by the manufacturers, sellers or lessors of any item or component part thereof and all maintenance Records and other documents relating thereto.

  • Intangible Personal Property means incorporeal personal property including, but not limited to, deposits in banks, negotiable instruments, mortgages, debts, receivables, shares of stock, bonds, notes, credits, evidences of an interest in property, evidences of debt, and choses in action generally.

  • Licensee Improvements means any enhancement to or modification or improvement of the Licensed Patents and/or the Proprietary Information created by or on behalf of Licensee and/or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Personal Property Taxes All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by Lessee), together with all replacement, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.

  • Trade Fixtures means Lessee’s machinery and equipment that can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term “Alterations” shall mean any modification of the improvements, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures, whether by addition or deletion. “Lessee Owned Alterations and/or Utility Installations” are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a).
