Examples of Target Permits in a sentence

  • Target and its subsidiaries are in compliance in all material respects with the terms of the Target Permits.

  • Target and the Target Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of Target Permits, except where the failure to so comply, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Target Material Adverse Effect.

  • Each of the Target and its Subsidiaries is in compliance in all material respects with the terms of the Target Permits.

  • The Target and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with the terms of the Target Permits, except as described in the Public Reports filed prior to the date hereof or where the failure to so comply, in the aggregate, would not have, or reasonably be expected to have, a Target Material Adverse Effect.

  • All of the Target Permits are in full force and effect and no action or claim is pending nor, to the knowledge of Target, is threatened to revoke or terminate any Target Permit or declare any Target Permit invalid in any material respect.

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.

  • Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
