Targeting Plan means the manner in which a Proponent plans to meet the objectives of the Program to create Affordable Housing for households that are on or are eligible to be on the waiting lists for social housing;

  • Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

  • Research-based means a program or practice that has some research demonstrating effectiveness, but that does not yet meet the standard of evidence-based practices.
