Target ROIC is the expected achievement in ROIC; and "Maximum ROIC" is the maximum ROIC that could be achieved that would result in an increase in the number of Performance Share Units earned under this Award. These targets will be announced to Employee by March 15, 2005, following calculation of year-end financial reporting for 2004.   • The Target ROIC level of 20.2% would be achieved if both Capital Invested and Adjusted EBITDA are at budgeted levels.

  • An amount, not less than zero, equal to (A) the Target ROIC Restricted Stock Units multiplied by the ROIC Performance Multiplier determined based upon the average ROIC in fiscal years 20__, 20__, and 20__ minus (B) the amount determined pursuant to Sections 2(b)(1)and 2(b)(2) above.

Target ROIC means for a given Performance Period, the Target ROIC objective as set forth in the Grant Agreement relating to that Performance Period, which amount may be adjusted by the Committee from time to time;

  • TARGET 2 means the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system which utilises a single shared platform and which was launched on 19 November 2007.

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.

  • Target EBITDA means, for each fiscal year, the EBITDA set forth in the operating budget of the Company, as approved by the Board, for the particular year.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Target Award means the target award, at 100% of target level performance achievement, payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 3(b).

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return means for the Incentive Period the Total Shareholder Return of the Company compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit C.

  • M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.
