Target Total Return to Shareholders means Total Return to Shareholders equal to 30%.
Target Total Return to Shareholders means Total Return to Shareholders equal to 24.30%.
Target Total Return to Shareholders means Total Return to Shareholders equal to 33.1%. “30th Percentile” means in accordance with standard statistical methodology, for any applicable measurement period, the Total Return to Shareholders which equals or exceeds the total return to shareholders of 30% of the REITs included in the Peer Group. “Total Return to Shareholders” means, with respect to the period from the Effective Date to the Valuation Date, the cumulative return (calculated as a percentage) that would have been realized by a shareholder who (A) bought one Common Share on the Effective Date at the Effective Date Common Share Price, (B) reinvested each dividend and other distribution declared during such period of time with respect to such Common Share (and any other Common Shares previously received upon reinvestment of dividends or other distributions) in additional Common Shares at the Fair Market Value on the applicable dividend payment date, and (C) sold all the Common Shares described in (A) and (B) on the Valuation Date at the Common Share Price on such date.

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.

  • Total Return means the annual compounded rate of return for an investment fund for a period that would equate the initial value to the redeemable value at the end of the period, expressed as a percentage, and determined by applying the following formula:

  • Total Return Swap means an agreement between counterparties in which one party agrees to make payments of the total return from underlying asset(s), which may include securities, baskets of securities, or securities indices during the specified period, in return for payments equal to a fixed or floating rate of interest or the total return from other underlying asset(s).

  • Total Shareholders’ Equity means the total of shareholders' equity (including capital stock, additional paid-in capital and retained earnings after deducting treasury stock) of the Company, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Shareholders’ Equity means, at any date, the amount determined on a consolidated basis, without duplication, in accordance with GAAP, of shareholders equity for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date.

  • annual return means the return required to be made in the case of a company having a share capital, under section 132 and in the case of a company not having a share capital, under section 133;

  • Stockholders’ Equity means, at any date, the amount determined on a consolidated basis, without duplication, in accordance with GAAP, of stockholders’ equity for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date.

  • Consolidated Shareholders’ Equity means, as of any date of determination, consolidated shareholders’ equity of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Company Stockholders means the holders of shares of Company Capital Stock.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • EPS means earnings per share.
