Targeted Enterprise definition

Targeted Enterprise means an enterprise as defined in Part G: Small Contractor Development of section C3.3 Particular Specifications in Part C3: Scope of Work.

  • Investment Enterprise means an enterprise to which the Borrower proposes to make or has made an Investment Sub-loan;

Whether or not the foregoing provisions of this Section 10.4 are satisfied, it shall in any event be presumed that Indemnitee has at all times acted in good faith and in a manner he reasonably believed to be in or not opposed to the best interests of the Company, or, with respect to any criminal Proceeding, to have had no reasonable cause to believe Indemnitee’s conduct was unlawful. Anyone seeking to overcome this presumption shall have the burden of proof and the burden of persuasion by clear and convincing evidence.

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Affiliated Entity means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with an Insured.

  • Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.
