Targeted Territory definition

Targeted Territory means with respect to each Pre-Candidate Product, Candidate Product or Product, the following country(ies) or region(s): [***]
Targeted Territory means the countries in which RBM will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the Testing Services, being the US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and such additional countries that the Steering Committee unanimously agrees under clause 5 and 12.2 to include in the Targeted Territory.
Targeted Territory means the territory to be acquired or whose acquisition is under consideration;

  • Restricted Territory means the United States of America.
