Taxicab Business definition

Taxicab Business means the activity of transporting Passengers for compensation by a Taxicab or other vehicle performing a Taxicab Service.
Taxicab Business means engaging in any combination of owning, leasing, advertising, driving, occupying or otherwise using a taxicab to at any time transport any passenger or item of property for compensation from a point within the incorporated limits of the city.
Taxicab Business means the business of providing taxicab transportation services.

Taxicab Business means and includes any person, corporation, association or partnership operating independently or together under a common name, the business of transporting passengers for hire or gain in a taxicab.
