Unsubscribed Energy definition

Unsubscribed Energy means any community solar energy
Unsubscribed Energy means any community-owned energy generating facility percentage of output that is not allocated to any Subscriber.

  • If the telecommunication service is inactive or non-operational for three consecutive Months, then, in addition to the applicable trip charges, all energy produced and delivered from the Project shall be treated and priced as Unsubscribed Energy hereunder effective as of the first calendar day of such third Month and continuing until the subsequent Month during which the telecommunication service is made operational and active.
