Technical Coordinator definition

Technical Coordinator means the representative of a Party designated to act as a liaison with his or her counterpart at the other Party for the various technical matters that may arise during the course of the Joint Development Activities, which representative shall have an appropriate level of education, training, and experience to effectively carry out the foregoing responsibilities.
Technical Coordinator means the leader and coordinator for engineering staff provided by the Contractor. The Technical Coordinator will have administrative responsibilities as laid down in Section VI on Terms of Reference in this Tender document.
Technical Coordinator has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.2.1 hereof.

More Definitions of Technical Coordinator

Technical Coordinator shall have the meaning described in Section 2.6 below.
